A professional laboratory dashboard for genetic reasoning.

Most people who work with raw DNA today have to bounce between separate tools — one to convert files, another to generate coordinates, another to model ancestry, another to make maps, another to compare kits, another to inspect matches. NexoGENO Studio pulls all of that into one continuous environment.

That continuity is the point. Generate coordinates, send them straight into target analysis, test them in SINGLE, compare alternatives in MODEL FINDER, paint ancestry across chromosomes, inspect geographic proximity on PCA + heatmaps, then export visuals or step into matching and simulation — without ever leaving the platform or breaking the chain of evidence.

It is structured more like a professional lab dashboard than a consumer DNA result page. DNA data is worked on, not just viewed.

Before you subscribe.

Do I need any technical background?
No. Studio assumes you know roughly what raw DNA is and what an ancestry model is, but the workflow is self-guiding — the homepage even shows a recommended path. Power users get all the depth (MODEL FINDER, COORDINATE EDITOR, PER-PC); newcomers can stay on the SINGLE → CHROMOSOME PAINTER → HEATMAP path.
What raw DNA files does it support?
23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FTDNA, WeGene out of the box. Also VCF. The vendor format is auto-detected on upload — you don't need to tell the system which company it came from.
Are the official G25 coordinates official?
Yes — the coordinates Studio generates are the NexoGENO proprietary ancestry coordinate system, available in both scaled and unscaled form. The system also produces per-chromosome coordinates for chromosomes 1 through 22 when needed.
Can I use the chromosome painter for genealogy?
Yes. The MATCHES module includes a Chromosome Match Painter that overlays shared-segment data with ethnicity blocks from the CHROMOSOME PAINTER output. That cross-reference is one of the most valuable things in the platform for genealogy work.
What happens to my files when I cancel?
You keep any exports you've already saved. The platform itself becomes inactive, but your raw uploads are not sold or syndicated — and on cancellation the account-stored files can be deleted from the dashboard at your request.
Can I share a kit with someone else?
You can export the analysis (images, CSVs of coordinates, model outputs). Sharing a live kit between accounts is not part of the current platform — every account is bound to its uploads.
